CREATIVE CONCEPT: The theme is "You buy the gas, we'll buy the groceries". Creative direction: people pumping gas into their cars - bags of groceries appearing and filling up the car - then the wording "You buy the gas, we'll buy the groceries", show the car owner with a big smile (like they just won) and then the wording "Click here to Join our e-VIC program and win a Year's worth of groceries!"
